The Wang Yuanlin Culture and Art Foundation, a legal person in a consortium, provides a platform for elementary and middle school students in the western end of Nanheng to give full play to their musical talents. Through the stage of performances and competitions, they can show their singing talents, improve their musical literacy, and discover more people with high-quality singing skills. The rematch of "2019 Nanheng Singer Singing Contest" was held on Sunday, October 27, 2018 at the playground of Baolai Elementary School. There were 11 individuals in the elementary school group and 8 groups in the national elementary school group entered the finals; the middle school individual group There are 7 people, and 4 groups from the middle school group entered the finals.

The rematch of "2019 Nanheng Little Singer Singing Contest" is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 27th, at Baolai Elementary School. 3. The singing time of the preliminary and semi-finals will be decided on the spot by the organizer and the judges, depending on the number of applicants.
