Promote children's art education, inspire creativity and observation, guide children to get close to life and explore their artistic potential through writing activities, and promote cultural affirmation and aesthetic literacy in remote villages.

This program is open to all students attending public and private elementary schools in the west end of the South Crossing.

(Including: Taoyuan, Liugui, Qishan, Meinong, Jiacian, Neimen, Sulin, Namasha, Maolin, etc.). The event will be held in three regions: Taoyuan, Meinong, and Qishan, with a quota of 300 for each region, and registration will be closed at the end of the day.

On the day of the game 11:00 Entries will be accepted on the day of the competition and must be completed on-site by the entrant. 12:00 Please complete and submit to the "I am a Little Painter Service Counter" before the deadline, after that time, we will not accept the entries.

Competition paper:

The organizer will provide 4K competition drawing paper, one sheet per person, with unlimited expression materials. Participating artists can bring their own drawing tools, including paints, brushes, easels, small benches and so on.

On the back of the artwork, please fill in the following information: theme, name of the participant, school, grade, and contact phone number.

XIII. Assessment Methods:

Experts in children's art education are invited by the organizer to be the judges.

XIV. Publication of grades:

After the event, it is scheduled to be held at Early DecemberA letter was sent to the co-organizers and announced on the official website of the Wang Yuanlin Culture and Arts Foundation.

The award-winning young painter will be sent by the co-organizer, and the winners can collect it from the co-organizer by the participating schools.

XV. Mode of award:

1. The organizer will send a box of 36 color pastel crayons, a 4K drawing board, and a bottle of mineral water to the little painters who have completed the registration on the day of the event. Those who do not receive it on the day will not be reissued.
2. In each group, two to four excellent candidates, five to five honorable mentions, and seven to ten excellent works were selected, and a few were selected.

Note:

1. The entries are owned by the sponsor, and the sponsor has the rights of exhibition, photography, publication and publicity.
2. Participating works that are copied or added by adults will not be selected, and the works that are impersonated will be held accountable.
3. Entries will not be returned, and the copyright of winning works will be transferred to the sponsor, while the copyright of unsuccessful works will be deemed to be waived.
4. If there are any unfinished matters in this activity, the organizer may amend it at any time.
