Born in Pingtung in 1958
In 1974, he was taught by teachers Huang Ronghui and Liu Meirong.

1994 The 9th Asian International Watercolor Exhibition, Shanghai 1994
1996 His watercolor works "In Silence" and "Human Affairs" were collected by Kaohsiung Museum of Art
1999 Joint Exhibition of Hanqiao Living Art Museum
From 2002 to 2004, he went to Russia to study at the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg.
