Wang Yuanlin Culture and Art Foundation, an entrepreneur who has been deeply involved in planting forests in Baolai for 30 years, Mr. Wang Yuanlin. After eighty-eight winds ravaged the mountains and forests of East Kaohsiung, the once prosperous Penglai Wonderland changed overnight. Facing the decline of his hometown and the economic depression, Mr. Wang Yuanlin upholds the heart of loving the hometown and protecting the soil and giving back to his homeland. Since 2015, he has successively held "2015 Seeing the Beauty of Bora Again - National Oil Painting Competition" and "Seeing the Beauty of Bora Again in 2016" in Bora, Liugui District. ~National Children's Sketch Competition", "2016 Bamboo and Plum Source Art Award ~ National Oil Painting Competition" and other activities have continued to this day, hoping to use the painter's brushstrokes to paint the transformation of Bora, to portray the new style of Bora, and to reproduce the beauty of Bora with its humanistic elegance.
